This prestigious brand is already known for its stylish locations in cities such as Los Angeles, Doha, and Miami South Beach. Now, Mondrian is also coming to the northern Emirates with a striking coastal project on the Arabian Gulf.

The design is by Gensler, the international architecture firm that previously delivered the masterplan for the DIFC in Dubai. For the interior design, Bergman Design House has been appointed, known for their work on the exclusive One&Only resort Za’abeel. The project offers a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as spacious sky villas and elegant townhouses. The starting price for a 1-bedroom residence is around €615,000. Buyers are not required to pay this amount in one lump sum. A flexible payment plan is available, starting with a 20% down payment, followed by instalments of 5% every three months. The remaining 40% is due upon completion of the property.
