AIRE Dubai: An iconic skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road

AIRE Dubai is Alta’s flagship project and promises to become a landmark in the Dubai skyline. This slender 71-storey tower is rising in the Al Wasl district directly on Sheikh Zayed Boulevard and offers 360-degree views over the city, including the iconic Burj Khalifa. The project comprises 151 residences divided into several categories: “Sky Units” are single-level apartments with 2-4 bedrooms on floors 11-45, while “Sky Homes” consist of one triplex, two duplexes, and five full-floor penthouses on floors 58-69. Prices start from AED 8,221,000 with a 50/50 payment plan. The architecture was designed by the award-winning Arquitectonica from Miami, inspired by the power of an obelisk and the soft curves of desert winds. The interiors are by the Australian firm mckimm. Amenities include an indoor running track with meditation zones on the 57th floor, a golf simulator, a beach-style swimming pool, a jacuzzi with views of the Burj Khalifa, a two-storey gym, yoga and pilates studios, and spas with an ice bath and sauna. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026.

Mr. C Residences: A collaboration with the legendary Cipriani family

Alta has formed a prestigious collaboration with Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani, the fourth generation of the famous Italian restaurateur and hotelier dynasty, for two exclusive projects. Mr. C Residences Jumeirah is a six-storey boutique complex on the Dubai Water Canal in Jumeirah 2, with only 27 ultra-luxurious residences ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms. The curvaceous building is inspired by sand dunes and ocean waves, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis. Prices start from AED 32,500,000 and the project was completed in October 2023. Mr. C Residences Downtown is a 71-storey skyscraper in the heart of Downtown Dubai with wave-like facades. This project offers 2-4 bedroom apartments in two collections: the Signature Collection with prices starting from AED 8,100,000 and the exclusive Nobile Collection with half-floor apartments. Interiors are designed by 1508 London with Italian kitchens by Miele and textiles by Loro Piana. Completion is planned for Q4 2026 with a flexible 5/15/20/60 payment plan.

Maison Margiela Residences: Haute couture living on Palm Jumeirah

In a groundbreaking collaboration with the iconic Parisian fashion house Maison Margiela, Alta has developed the world’s first residential project by this couture brand. Maison Margiela Residences is rising on the eastern crescent of Palm Jumeirah as a 14-storey tower in the shape of a seashell. The project comprises only 24-25 ultra-exclusive homes, including two-bedroom apartments of 239 m², three-bedroom variants up to 437 m², four-bedroom apartments of 484 m², one four-bedroom duplex of 627 m², and the unique La Maison Blanche penthouse of 1,747 m² over two floors. Prices start from AED 16,500,000 with an average price per square metre of AED 6,500. The design by Italian architect Carlo Colombo, in collaboration with the Maison Margiela architecture team, translates the fashion house’s signature design codes into spatial experiences with travertine furniture, the characteristic décortiqué technique, and optical white resin inlays. Amenities include a private beach, an art gallery, a library, a cinema, an infinity pool, and a spa and wellness centre. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2028 with a 60/40 payment plan.
